What are the benefits of staying at Five Palms over other rentals?
We have complementary: beach cruiser bikes*, kayaks*, SUP paddle board*, family and yard games, books, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, sand toys, floats, and life vest available for guest use. We also have a guest picnic area with complementary gas grills. There is a dock for guests enjoyment and wet slips are available for rental. Each of our beautiful suites have a complete, well appointed, full size kitchen.

Why must I sign the Rental Agreement?
Signing the agreement prompts our system to complete your reservation. Reservations are not complete until the rental agreement is signed. The agreement has important information about the property and what to expect during your stay.
Why must I upload identification when signing the Rental Agreement?
This is part of our digital check in process, and takes the place of showing ID at check in. The digital check in process allows you to directly upload the information into our secured system. Five Palms takes the precaution of purchasing a subscription to secured servers to protect our guests’ personal and credit card information. This eliminates multiple files with your personal information, limits who views the ID, and allows us to process guest information and payments in the most secure way possible. Not only does it take the place of checking in at the office upon arrival, it is for the protection of your personal data.
Do you offer daily housekeeping/laundry?
Your cleaning fee covers initial cleaning and room preparation supplying you with a set up of towels, linens, kitchen towels, (2) bath tissue, (1) paper towel and dish detergent. After that the guest is responsible to keep the room clean, remove garbage and if they run out of fresh towels there is a coin laundry located behind the North building. After each check out the room will be cleaned again and prepared for next guests arrival. We do not offer daily towel/linen or towel/linen exchange service. But there is a coin laundry available after 3 pm daily. Check with office for use of laundry room if before 3 pm. Our housekeeping team uses the laundry room from 10 am – 3 pm on check out days.
What size are the suites?
Our One bedroom suites are one bedroom with either one king bed, one or two queen beds, and one bath. There is a separate living room with sleeper sofa and full kitchen. These suites vary in square footage from 410-430 sf.
Our two story townhouse features a first floor living room with pull out sofa and pull out love seat, kitchen with dining area and waterfront deck. The bedrooms are upstairs with water views in both the king bedroom, and a second bedroom with two queen beds. There are 3 full bathrooms. The townhouse is approx. 825 sf.
How far is Five Palms from the beach?
We are about 2 blocks from North Clearwater Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. We are located on a barrier island, as is all of Clearwater Beach. The area of the island where Five Palms is situated is 3 blocks wide. Our guest are able to walk to North Clearwater beach within 10 minutes. We also offer beach equipment for guest use, at no charge on a first come, first served basis. We have chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, sand toys, floats, and life vests available.

Is Five Palms Waterfront?
Our property is directly on the intracoastal waterway, there is a dock for guest use. We rent boat slips, call our office for more information. We are not on the beach; the beach is approximately two-three blocks away.
You may cancel your reservation in writing via email to email@example.com or call our office during office hours (10AM-4PM) with a minimum of 31 days notice (written notice must be received by Five Palms Vacation Rentals at least 31 days before your check in date). Cancelations received in writing with a minimum of 31 days notice are entitled to a full refund of any funds already paid for your stay.
Due to the small size of our boutique hotel we can not honor any cancelation refunds within 30 days from your date of check in.
If you cancel or no- show in less than 31 days notice all monies paid are non refundable. For this reason, as well as, Florida’s 6 month long hurricane season we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself. What if I need to check in after office hours?
We offer contactless check in. You will receive an email on the day you check in. This email will come from Point Central- email@example.com. This email will contain your door code and instructions on using the smart locks. There is no need to check in with the office upon arrival, but you are always welcome to stop by and introduce yourself!
Upon arrival, please place your parking pass on the dashboard of you vehicle. The parking pass can be found in you Suite hanging on the refrigerator or sitting on a table in the kitchen – living room.
WE RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER
